North MacArthur Drive between the Louisiana Convention Center and Glass Tint Etc. -- Directions -- From Interstate 49 North or South, take exit 86, take the MacArthur Drive south lane, once on MacArthur Drive go to the first cross over, u-turn and come back, get off at exit 70. Highway 165-71 South Come over the Red River Bridge, then Over the I-49 Bridge once you get past I-49 go to the first cross over, U-turn and come back north, get off at exit 70. Highway 165-71 North follow to exit 70. Highway 167 South get on I-49 North to Shrevesport, follow the I-49 directions.
